It actually stretches more than advertised which was a plus. However, the screws were already adjusted to the level. This means I only had to unscrew them to screw them back on. It wouldn't matter much if one of them wasn't completely blocked. I managed to screw up the rod with pliers and a drill bit while trying to get it off. It also only comes with 8 very small panels so most of the rack when pulled out is just bars. It takes at least twice as much to fill the space after expansion. After all, none of the panels sit flush! Even after leveling the shelf itself, all shelves stagger. Revain cannot provide a refund or discount as it is distributed by a third party. After spending an hour with a drill under my sink. I basically wasted my money. The product idea is good, what was sent to me was rubbish. boo!
