I love how easy it was to get up and running in our new role as Account Manager at OnSpring! There were so many features we needed but didn't know where to look or what they even did (and there's SO MANY!). Our team has been able to use them all seamlessly without any training required from us since day 1 of implementation. We're always learning something new - whether its about using one feature better than another or getting more out of some other tool/service. It can be overwhelming when you have too much choice and don;t really understand everything your options offer. But once someone takes time to walk you through each option, give them feedback if anything feels unclear, etc., then you'll feel empowered to make decisions yourself. Don't underestimate just HOW MUCH this product does!! If you need help figuring things out quickly AND want lots of support along the way - go ahead.
