We can create our own custom audiences, and then segment them in ways that are valuable for us and our clients. The reporting is very easy to use, and it's always evolving. I really enjoy the ability to see what my customers are doing across channels, as well as how they're performing within each channel. There's not much that could be improved about this product. If you need to leverage your existing customer data with other products, this should easily work. You can also build custom audiences from scratch using any of the APIs that Katch offers. This has been an important tool in helping us understand who our most engaged customers are, so we can better serve them.
