Great platform & fantastic support: Katch

We can create our own custom audiences, and then segment them in ways that are valuable for us and our clients. The reporting is very easy to use, and it's always evolving. I really enjoy the ability to see what my customers are doing across channels, as well as how they're performing within each channel. There's not much that could be improved about this product.   • Analytics reports available immediately upon upload (as opposed some analytics vendors where users have hours or days before getting access)
  • Ability track performance at different points along their journey through funnel/purchase process; including attribution information.

Very helpful tool to solve cross border communication challenges

I like how easy it was for our team of 12 people, who are scattered across different cities in India as well USA (California), UK & Germany etc.,to use this product since they all have their own email IDs which can be used with kATCH without any hassle or confusion at times when we need help from someone outside Indian borders! Also there's nothing much about my dislike so far apart form its ease-of using feature/service offered by them while working within teams spread over various locations…

Pros
  • Fast implementation after having an initial chat session to understand requirements; Easy sharing between multiple users simultaneously during call sessions.
  • The best part is if anyone gets disconnected before end due network issue than you don't lose your spot altogether unlike most other software solutions outthere that allow only those few selected individuals remaining live whose connection goes bad first then rest get

Great tool that helps bridge communication gap between teams

I like how it's easy to use, with intuitive tools for campaigns and content creation. Their support team is also very helpful and responsive. The email template builder can sometimes be clunky when you're trying to create something custom, but the team has been constantly improving this part of their system. We've seen some adoption since we started using Katch, but I'd love to see more people on board! There are still a lot of things they could do to improve their product. We're solving the…

  • Easy sharing/collaboration
  • Good analytics dashboard (with lots room inefficiencies)
  • Mobile app works well too good if your reps want immediate feedback from data that shows up automatically after every campaign sent by Salesforce or SFDC marketing automation platform
