I like how easy it was for our team of 12 people, who are scattered across different cities in India as well USA (California), UK & Germany etc.,to use this product since they all have their own email IDs which can be used with kATCH without any hassle or confusion at times when we need help from someone outside Indian borders! Also there's nothing much about my dislike so far apart form its ease-of using feature/service offered by them while working within teams spread over various locations around globe where everyone has his / her eID set up already but still requires access through emails instead! So overall very good experience thusfar!! We're solving problems related customer service queries such issues relating car purchases made online via mobile app vs dealerships located offline around countrywide areas.
