Great tool that helps bridge communication gap between teams

I like how it's easy to use, with intuitive tools for campaigns and content creation. Their support team is also very helpful and responsive. The email template builder can sometimes be clunky when you're trying to create something custom, but the team has been constantly improving this part of their system. We've seen some adoption since we started using Katch, but I'd love to see more people on board! There are still a lot of things they could do to improve their product. We're solving the problem of getting our sales team to know about new products and promotions. Before Katch, we had to manually send emails to each rep, which was time-consuming and inefficient. Now, we can easily share information quickly across our organization.

  • Easy sharing/collaboration
  • Good analytics dashboard (with lots room inefficiencies)
  • Mobile app works well too good if your reps want immediate feedback from data that shows up automatically after every campaign sent by Salesforce or SFDC marketing automation platform
