Works great. I'm not sure why some people have issues with the brush hanging in the holder, but if you make sure the little brush is facing out under the lip it will hang properly. However, a small brush under the lip does not work at all. Maybe it's my toilet - I have an oval - but it just doesn't measure up to a real toilet. It literally doesn't have the angle to curve to allow you to clean the top of the bowl. I should dock a star for that, but I guess it's not a big deal right now. However, if you have a long oval toilet and you care about an extra brush, you might want to look elsewhere. Either I have a defect or they simply shouldn't be cleaned next to the seat.
