Review on 🎧 Enhance Comfort and Performance with KORE AVIATION Ultra Plush Silicone Gel Ear Seal Replacement for Headsets by John Maskirta

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Well worth the installation effort

These gel seals are just what I needed to replace the cheap foam seals on the Kore Aviation KA-1 headset I am using. The seals that come with the KA-1 headset are frankly sad. My head started hurting even before I got off the floor. I just took a 1.5 hour flight with these gel seals and (I know this is a cliché) forgot the headset was even on my head! Aside from the comfort aspect, these seals completely covered my ears, which is a big deal in a PNR headset like the KA-1. Engine noise has been significantly reduced, which is an obvious plus. HOW TO INSTALL: I almost snapped some stars for this to be honest, but I waited until I tried them before snapping the stars. Of course, after using it, I came to the conclusion that most gel sealants (David Clark, ASA etc.) probably have the same problem. Necessary evil. My advice is to watch the video once and then close it. If you watch this more than once you'll go crazy that the guy in the video is so easy to make, but your fingers will get dry from hours of trying. don't say it happened to me I would highly recommend these shells to anyone who needs more cushioning and a more complete seal around the ear for their aviation headsets.
