Does not work right out of the box

I finally had a chance to use it. The blower I tested registered zero so I tried it in 2 working cycles and got zero too (tiny puff when I release the counter so I know the connections are working. Checked, double checked and thrice checked connection and no coming back past my window. wish i could. it's junk.
