Bought twice! The first time he died almost immediately. I returned but found it was just an accident that it died so quickly and I really liked how easy it was to use so I bought it again. This one I got didn't seem that good to begin with. Almost feels like a used product as it is rough to use. Now after about 2 months it got boring leaving skin red and it took too many 'passes' to remove real hair and now after 4 months it stopped working even after a full charge. I liked the ease of use but felt like this product was patchy from the start!
