I have been working at this agency for over six years now, it has always had good people who work hard & are dedicated in what they do! They can be very busy but that doesn't mean there isn’t an opportunity out of hours or weekends if required - so you never get stuck with nothing going!! There may sometimes seem like too many projects running simultaneously (especially when new systems/software rolls around) however we know our clients well enough where priorities will change as needed throughout different time frames within contracts etc.. The team here really knows how much effort goes into each project which helps keep things moving along nicely without any issues arising from staff turnover / lack-of training knowledge across all areas involved. Having someone available 24x7 means no matter your issue its dealt wth quickly rather than having to wait days before getting resolution through other channels egs phone support tickets ect...
