I don't hate it but I need to get someone's attention
Actually I don't hate it but I need to get someone's attention. This was delivered on February 23rd '17 and I installed it a few weeks later. The warranty is 5 years but I don't know how to replace it. It broke a few days ago. According to Revane, I cannot return this item after 3/25/17. What good is a 5-year guarantee if you can only return it within 30 days? She worked very well while she worked.
