These are great hangers for pictures or mirrors! I have used this type of hanger in the past for hanging large, heavily framed paintings and mirrors as they eliminate the inevitable need to adjust the hanger (and sometimes multiple times) to get an even frame. These hangers are also very useful when you are hanging pairs or multiple pictures and want a straight line between them. A major benefit of these hangers is that they can be adjusted up or down by about 1/4 inch with a small screwdriver. All of us kids with OCD will love this. By the way, I only use one in each picture.
