The best toner that is mild enough for my rosacea. Use the two-step cleansing method: first apply to a damp face in circular motions for at least 45 seconds, then add a little more water and lather for another 45 seconds or more and rinse. I can't stress enough how much better this method is! I still use micellar water on a cotton swab to remove heavy makeup before cleansing, SPF or a light beauty balm isn't a problem, but people should be aware that most cleansers are NOT for makeup removal were developed. It was a real product. still sealed and didn't feel like it was older or expired, no other smell. It's also a few bucks cheaper thanks to the Revain purchase. I will definitely order again!
