This is not a product I have bought in years. It has a very strong odor that was not present in the previous recipe. May be a counterfeit product. As others have mentioned, very disappointed that the product has deteriorated.

I've been using this facial cleanser for at least seven years and it's fantastic. I have combination, slightly oily skin. It's great for my skin type, cleans and exfoliates easily without drying out. The general line also deserves attention. I bought the men's face set for my hubs and it has rave reviews as well. Worth a try if you're thinking about it.

I'm not a beauty queen, I tend to take whatever soap is around and wash my face. But I noticed that my skin was blotchy and a bit dry. I saw this product at my dermatologist's office, so I looked it up at Revain ($7 off) and bought it. LOVE the difference in my skin. It's creamy and a little goes a long way. I understand that anything is better than a bar of soap, but this far exceeded my expectations. My skin already looks and feels better!

Have purchased this product several times, first time through Revain. I love this cleaner. I have eczema and sensitive skin. I had breakouts and used an acne cleanser. I had dry skin and still have breakouts. I'm not a teenager either, and I didn't have acne when I was a teenager. Not my favorite. From Murad products The one I received is authentic, new, in original packaging, the seal on top of the tube under the cap was intact, fast shipping. Only need a small amount, pea size for face and neck - really lathers, removes most of my makeup, skin just doesn't feel that squeaky clean, not sure if that's the moisturizing part of it. just not for me I wash my face twice, use that second night as an extra nighttime moisturizer which works best for me. Something has changed. My favorite product has arrived and I always order 2 at a time. There is a new label, but the product has also changed. My face is swollen and itchy. Both bottles have a strong perfume smell. I think it should be the wrong batch and send it back. Now I don't know what to use at the same time. I can't believe a pure product like Murad intentionally added a new ingredient that made me the amazing product I loved so much?

I doubt that they are real Murad. First, my box didn't have a Murad gallogram printed on it before opening it, and second, the color of the box doesn't match my previous Murad product. This label was mustard green rather than leaf green (although it's hard to tell from the photos). For these reasons I return and buy on murad.com

The best toner that is mild enough for my rosacea. Use the two-step cleansing method: first apply to a damp face in circular motions for at least 45 seconds, then add a little more water and lather for another 45 seconds or more and rinse. I can't stress enough how much better this method is! I still use micellar water on a cotton swab to remove heavy makeup before cleansing, SPF or a light beauty balm isn't a problem, but people should be aware that most cleansers are NOT for makeup removal…
