Pros: (1) Very nice packaging; (2) the installation process and instructions are clear and easy to use, and the installation is accurate in terms of glass cutting; (3) glass transparency is very good; (4) The accessories along with the installation process are good and sufficient. Cons: Touch sensitivity after installing the screen protector is the most important thing for me as I have a compatible Nuvision digital pen (Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP) compatible) and want and need to touch the screen quite often. After installing this protection, the touch sensitivity became very weak and delayed; I either have to tap the screen a little hard or tap the screen a few times to "wake up" the touchscreen to make it work. Even if I did the calibration twice, the touch with the installation of this protection is still not good. In comparison, prior to installation (I know how delicate a screen without a protective film is), I touched the screen (and I have touched a screen without a protective film many times) and also used a compatible Nuvision digital pen, and both the touch and the digital pen worked perfectly and are very sensitive. However, once installed, the digital pen NEVER works and the touch does not respond very well. I don't like being touched after installation and I think in a few days if I don't feel like my screen has been accidentally cracked by someone else and if I get bored I'll have to remove the protective film and keep my screen "blank"". At that point, I had given up hope for the Surface Book screen protector's touch sensitivity: it's the second product I've bought from the brand in a month. Products of both (brands) are not touch sensitive after installation. To be fair, I'm not mentioning the brand of tread that I'm buying for the first time. I lost my hope. I am disappointed with the sensitivity of both brands of screen protectors and will not buy any other brand of screen protector again.
