I thought this might work for my small production but there are some "Features". ' which either don't work physically or don't work in practice. First, there are no instructions. I have no idea what that little line is glued to the blade for or where it goes or if it's even supposed to be mine as I can't see it in any of the photos.. a bevel that *kinda* is there. It seems to exist. It just doesn't reach the soap, so I just scrape the unhardened soap against the bottom of the cutter for no reason. And the guide blades ::sigh:: This has been mentioned by other people before, but it's worth repeating: the guides aren't tall enough I'm using standard shapes, nothing out of the ordinary in my soapbread The guides aren't tall enough, so you're actually looking at them just look at them and hope that when you drop that extra 1/2 inch down to an inch you'll be in close proximity to them. Good luck with it. I wanted look at the size I don't need a cutter Knives are provided Literally after 3 uses the wing nuts are once on the rail also the measure started slipping. This final loaf (literally will be the LAST loaf this cutter will see) has stems of varying thickness, partly because it's eyeballed at the top, but also because the size stopper has loosened almost enough to slowly move back, with the result that the rods gradually become larger. I don't know because there were no instructions. I should have saved $25 and bought the wire cutters first. They are not that much more expensive and to be honest I would save the purchase price out of frustration. .
