This is a GREAT bag. It's very well made and has a lot of great features including a zipped mesh top, pockets and a fantastic construction! I wish there was an option to just deduct half a star because I would have given the bag a 4.5 instead of a 4. The only comment I have is: I bought this because I have an Alfie reversible bag and the toy blind poodle is very happy to take me for a walk in it. He even jumps in the bag himself when he hears me put it on the ground. People always ask me where I got it and comment on how comfortable it looks. The problem with a reversible shoulder bag is that it has no structure and is like a non-supportive hammock. So when I saw that this bag had a hard bottom that could be taken out I was happy to take it out and it would have support. The problem is that the detachable hard bottom of this bag is literally a piece of plastic. It doesn't even fit very well on the bottom of the bag. I would like a little cushion or material around it to at least make it softer for my pup. I wrapped the piece of plastic in an old shoulder bag to make it more comfortable. Overall this bag is an upgrade but I think the detachable bottom could have been thought out a little more.
