I used it as a file cleaner. From the very first day, reigned sectors fell down. After 6 months, the Ashampoo HDD Control program (by the way, the most adequate program for controlling hard drives that I used) already essed the state of the disk as very bad. A year later, it began to periodically disappear from the system. Comp It hung tightly when launching any utilities for scanning hardware (except for Nero for some reason). I slowly started backing up, but I didn’t have time, after working for about 2 years it died . For the last 2-3 years, Seagate has been churning out frank bull. I recommend WD drives
