These bottom screws keep the shelf from falling off the wall, but they DO NOT tighten on the bars in those recessed pre-drilled holes, making the shelf wobble, wobble and hang more than 1/4 inch from level. I had to rotate the shelf so the screws were marked on top and on the bars. I then drilled a small pilot hole for these sheet metal screws to go in. Then at least they moved on. where the shelf was strong but still sagged a little. The instructions specifically say these pre-drilled holes should be at the bottom and they should be with the bracket arrow pointing up, but that doesn't work! Good idea, but no cigar!
