Review on Wasserstein WiFi Water Leak Sensor: Smart Home Protection Against Water Damages - 2-Pack, White by Mardrequs Dorsey

These water sensors don't seem to be able to connect to Wi-Fi. After studying many customer reviews and having my own experience with it, it seems that I am not the only one with this problem. I worked with two support reps and both couldn't solve my issue. I sent them the complete network configuration from my phone, water sensor and wifi router. One of the most unusual things was that the water sensors on my phone showed connected even though there were no batteries in the water sensors. The water sensors also didn't show up in my routers ARP table and the IP address the app shows was assigned to BOTH water sensors, this is my broadband address outside the LAN at my house. I had no choice but to return them for a refund.
