I bought these because they were on sale. After riding the 01 Goldwing that I recently bought for a month, I found that the original grips didn't cut. While shopping I was struck by the look of these pens. When I first opened the package and grasped the handles, they immediately reminded me of lightsabers. Installation was incredibly easy. I drive every day and have tested them for hours over the past month. The diameter is much larger than the OEM, which is exactly what I wanted. They are very high quality, made of good thick rubber. They are definitely unique as there are no reviews online and the only video I could find was a short video from the manufacturer. The most popular aftermarket grip is the Kury ISO grip and I like the larger rubber surface of these grips more than the Kuryakyn. I highly recommend the Solice pens!
