I recently had a 700w Raidmax PSU that still works. I needed a different power supply for another desktop I was building so I decided to buy it from Revain as the price compared to Newegg was cheaper (sorry Newegg) and I didn't need another 700W. Since I've switched to modular power supplies, I want to keep these. This one is nice because it's modular, I just wish it had more rails. Even though from what I've read there are people who have had problems with Raidmax, I haven't had any problems yet compared to the cheap Chinese knockoffs I usually buy which usually have a capacitor that blows up within 6 months . The only issue I have with this PSU compared to my previous PSUs that do the same thing with my other Raidmax is that it keeps blowing out warm air. It is enough that the temperature in the room where the desktop is located is above 75 Β° F. What's for the bedroom, good for winter, bad for summer. I hope to update this review once I've used this power supply for a while, hopefully not after it's no longer on sale. Pros: * Modular * Inexpensive * Has a switch to turn off the fan LED. Cons: * Not enough power rails (hard drive power lines, DVD drive power lines, etc.) to power my fans. * Constantly blowing hot air.
