I bought this screen (Ghost veil for front and rear projection) and used it once and it was great. I put it back in the sleeve/sleeve it came with. Then a few weeks later I pulled it out to use again. The case/case is black on the inside and the screen is dirty/scuffed (Note: the installation and storage instructions for this product are not very clear. I highly recommend saving some of the foam packaging and wrapping the screen in it when you put it in your sleeve plug to avoid this happening to your screen). We tried several items to clean and rub it down and it didn't come off. So we contacted Elite Screens and I have to say I wasn't expecting much based on the reviews I read online about their customer service. However, they surprised me when they got through! I provided them with a picture of the damaged screen and my order information and later that week I had a new screen. Very quick and easy, no hassle! We used it the same night we received it and it was great! I am very satisfied with the way they handled my particular situation. As for the screen, I prefer rear projection (keeps projector, cables etc away from my young children and others) and this (ghost veil) works fantastic for that! Great quality and enjoy outdoor filming.
