I used to have a cheap vertical mouse and didn't like it but when my carpel started to deteriorate I looked again at the listings and saw that this mouse had great reviews. so i decided to try again. The mouse is of good quality and comfortable. Usage isn't much different than a regular mouse (although I wouldn't use it for gaming). As for my wrist pain it's certainly a big improvement over the standard mouse and it has helped with the pain although it didn't completely fix the problem and on a particularly long day of computing my wrist still has severe wrist pain. End of the day. I also occasionally use a Wacom tablet for wrist pain and it's better than a vertical mouse, but it has its own problems. Overall I'd say it's a great product and probably as good as a vertical mouse. may be.
