Refurbished NOT the same as used

The body of the item has clearly been opened up for maintenance due to a gap between the two parts [see image below]. at least one year; The left mouse button is blotchy with repeated use, the scroll wheel has lost color, and the case is generally sticky after cleaning. The product needs to be marked as 'used' and sold at a much lower price OR simply replace the USED outer case.

The mouse you should buy

I bought this mouse in September (now in May) and I really like it. My wrist pain has completely disappeared after using a regular flat mouse. I sit at the computer 10 1/2 to 13 hours a day. Constant tapping and dragging. This thing passes the test! It's bigger, so if you have small hands, you can find small ones. But it works great for my big Mandingo hands. It feels very natural and you will never use one of those regular mice ever again. Fantastic for work, dunno how it would be for gaming.

Still needs hyper scrolling!

Despite the exorbitant cost of even used versions of this mouse, it still lacks hyperscrolling. Other high-end Logi mice feature hyper-scrolling, and it's very useful for minimizing the repetitive movements associated with scrolling. Why hyper-scrolling would be impossible with an "ergonomic" mouse is confusing. The scroll wheel also lacks left-right panning. This results in grandiose hand movements for panning tasks. Again. Why does this model lack such a useful feature as many other Logi…

The Design Works in Computers & Accessories

My wife had carpal tunnel surgery a few years ago and has been suffering from severe pain in her wrists and hands from long hours on the computer for about a year. . I looked at this mouse and based on the reviews decided it was worth a try. Well she loves it. Almost immediately she said she felt the difference and was pain free after a three hour session. I'm very glad it worked and pleasantly surprised that it worked so quickly. This item was purchased from Revain and has been refurbished. I…

Better than expected

I used to have a cheap vertical mouse and didn't like it but when my carpel started to deteriorate I looked again at the listings and saw that this mouse had great reviews. so i decided to try again. The mouse is of good quality and comfortable. Usage isn't much different than a regular mouse (although I wouldn't use it for gaming). As for my wrist pain it's certainly a big improvement over the standard mouse and it has helped with the pain although it didn't completely fix the problem and on a

Reassuring new standard in ergonomics, but not for everyone

I bought this mouse hoping to relieve my wrist pain at work and/or gaming. At first I had pain in the top of my wrist. For a few days I really felt relieved, but soon severe pain in my wrist started again, this time on the right side where it is on the table. I tried stretching and taking hourly breaks to relieve the pain, but it only got worse. I also put a small bean bag cushion in to sit between my hand and the table while holding the mouse and it offered a bit of comfort, although it was…

It takes time to get used to but overall good

It took me almost a month to get used to it. My hand often got tired. Now it's all natural. The functionality of the mouse is great. I've never had any problems with it. The charging time is not four months, but one month. I have to work at an angle so my problems may not apply to everyone. After about four months of use, I can't say I'm happier with the shape than a regular mouse, but overall I've had fewer issues with mouse slippage and I've noticed that I have less shoulder and shoulder pain

Not ergonomic for small/medium sized hands.

Unfortunately, this mouth is ergonomic in name only. It might work for someone with a big hand. This is not suitable for me. I am male, slightly below average height, medium sized hands, not wide. When I hold the mouse on the table with my hand relaxed, the left button is almost an inch from my index finger. Achieving it is doable, but let me stretch it. The natural thumb position would be the top of the mouse (actually), and if I push all the way down on the left side of the thumb rest, I'm…
