My wife had carpal tunnel surgery a few years ago and has been suffering from severe pain in her wrists and hands from long hours on the computer for about a year. . I looked at this mouse and based on the reviews decided it was worth a try. Well she loves it. Almost immediately she said she felt the difference and was pain free after a three hour session. I'm very glad it worked and pleasantly surprised that it worked so quickly. This item was purchased from Revain and has been refurbished. I have now purchased several Revain refurbished products and to date they have always been exactly as described with no problems. Everyone I received always looked brand new. I now know from some reviews that this wasn't always the case, but for me they are 100%.
