I bought this mouse hoping to relieve my wrist pain at work and/or gaming. At first I had pain in the top of my wrist. For a few days I really felt relieved, but soon severe pain in my wrist started again, this time on the right side where it is on the table. I tried stretching and taking hourly breaks to relieve the pain, but it only got worse. I also put a small bean bag cushion in to sit between my hand and the table while holding the mouse and it offered a bit of comfort, although it was better than having my wrist on the table. Needless to say, after 2 weeks I'm giving up. . My boss likes her vertical mouse and says it helps her, so maybe it's the size? I thought mine fit well, they're not too difficult to adjust to the movement. I think I'm pressing the mouse too hard. Good luck anyway, and if you feel pain do not proceed. just give it back
