based ON my experience, this product is amazing. It really cools the air effectively and is very easy to use .The design is sleek and fits nicely in my room without taking up too much space. The best part is that it is also a humidifier making it perfect for my dry skin and allergies. The only con I can think of is that the water tank could be a bit bigger for larger rooms. Overall, I highly recommend this air conditioning and humidifying system..
