Easy installation with cordless drill. Works best when mounting on studs. Mine came with additional hardware. There were these extra plastic grommets used to attach the screw caps so it wasn't entirely obvious how to use them. I understand you put them on the screw with the bowl side out before installing. You can then put the screw caps on top once the screw is in place. It's nice that there are two of these in this pack. I put one on the door for coats, and the other became a hat rack.
