Unfortunately I waited too long to open it and my return window has already expired. A piece of white has broken off the hook. Also, they weren't perfectly straight, and when I tried to install them with the command strips (which I use for all the lights) they just bounced off the wall. They look cheap considering they cost $20. I'll throw them away and get 2 packs for $14 from Costco, they're wooden with metal hooks and look much nicer. D

Easy to install and strong enough. Looks damn sharp. The screw covers may or may not remain and cover the screws. Don't hammer your bolts into oblivion like I did, and you should be able to avoid jacking (like I did). The covers are still on, but I had to unscrew the mounting screws a bit. I also replaced the drywall inserts with screw inserts - this isn't necessary, but they now carry real weight.

Easy installation with cordless drill. Works best when mounting on studs. Mine came with additional hardware. There were these extra plastic grommets used to attach the screw caps so it wasn't entirely obvious how to use them. I understand you put them on the screw with the bowl side out before installing. You can then put the screw caps on top once the screw is in place. It's nice that there are two of these in this pack. I put one on the door for coats, and the other became a hat rack.

As other reviewers have pointed out, the main issue with this product (installation wise) is that the caps that come with the screws just don't work. They are too small to fit properly on the included plastic sleeve. I applaud the seller for providing double the quantity of anchors, screws and caps needed for assembly, but these extra supplies are useless if the caps break in half trying to fasten them, because they are too small for the job. Trying to glue them on is equally problematic…

Looks good, but the screw covers didn't fit me. Anchors are junk. I made about 4 holes before one of the anchors finally caught on the drywall. I tried catching just a hairpin for the first time. The screw is so thin that it only turns in the bolt. I tried again with the bobby pin but about half an inch higher and same problem. I moved away from the bolt and attempted to hammer in the anchor with a slightly smaller anchor. I noticed the anchor was beginning to bend so I used the next piece. It…

No instructions included. There are two sets of wall anchors; One is a self-tapping screw anchor and the other is a simple wall anchor that requires drilling. After installing the self-tapping anchor and screwing down one side of the kit, I found two plastic washers in a small packet of fasteners.
