As other reviewers have pointed out, the main issue with this product (installation wise) is that the caps that come with the screws just don't work. They are too small to fit properly on the included plastic sleeve. I applaud the seller for providing double the quantity of anchors, screws and caps needed for assembly, but these extra supplies are useless if the caps break in half trying to fasten them, because they are too small for the job. Trying to glue them on is equally problematic because again they don't fit (and on 3 attempts out of 4 I completely snapped in half hiding the screws entirely). If you don't mind exposed screws (and lousy wall plugs are included for installation), otherwise the product seems acceptable for its purpose.
