This radio works great when you turn it on, it starts up in bluetooth mode, you can toggle between bluetooth FM, AM, AUG, it should read memory cards but I don't I like the bluetooth function. I can hear movies and radio stations in stereo on my phone. When I'm walking across town, it picks up the phone at about 500 feet. The FM antenna is a little longer than most of these little radios but the reception is better than others I've used, not the loudest I've heard but some programs I've listened to leave your ears off ring and you need to turn down the volume at least half. Stereo is surprisingly good, especially in the sense that the speakers are only 2.5 inches. Also, it's nice to have great sound from videos on my phone
