Broke after 5 days, opened with 3 knocks to the ground!

Would give no stars if possible. I started changing the code a week ago and only opening it once a day for meds. On the fifth day I open it but it doesn't open. And I've noticed that the latch you press moves more than it should. I spent a lot of time trying to mix and match my combination and I didn't think it was right. I ended up only having to hit it on the floor 3 times and it broke pretty badly. Maybe good for baby protection, but not reliable when you need medication and it's locked inside. Really disappointed. Looks beautiful inside and out.
