Review on 🌈 Govee Smart LED Strip Lights 6.56ft RGBWW: WiFi, Alexa, Google Assistant, 16M Colors, Music Sync for Bedroom, Desk, Cabinet by William Nunes

To be honest I think this is a great option/alternative to the Philips hue lightbar for the price and quality. However, what you should keep in mind when purchasing is that this lightbar is ONLY 2 meters tall. If you're planning on placing it all over the room, I'd suggest investing in just Philips Hue light strips instead, as they can be extended. Yes, Philips hue light strips are expensive, but you're paying for quality. This works with Alexa and you only have to buy these lights, no other connectors etc to use them with your smart devices, but you can't extend this for a lifetime. You have to buy more boxes of lamps to fit the room and another problem is that the plug cord is very short. Mine barely reached the outlet and I had to plug it into an extension cord (as shown in the picture). It's not the most attractive decor if you're planning on placing it all over the room. It's quite bright, but I don't think it's as bright as the Philips screen. I only bought this as an alternative to Philips Hue light strips, but I think I'll just invest in Philips Hue instead. The main thing I like about these light bars from other light bars is that they have a better warm/cool white option that is very similar to the Philips light. Other white light stripes are more like yellow/blue white light. It has the best combination of warm and cool white light technology. If you don't care, I would suggest another version of these lights (regular govee RGB LED strips that come with 16.4ft/5 meters are also cheaper than this version due to the longer length). These are RGBWW light strips. Other than that I have no complaints about this product and would recommend it as a great desk or bed light strip rather than a whole room.
