Works for 2017 volts; Should stick to sidewall of tire not wheel

Fits my 2017 Chevy Volt; However, note CAREFULLY - I've already made a return request because I thought it didn't work. even after you have followed the instructions to reset/map the Tire Pressure Sensor (TPS) in the vehicle. What you need to do is hold the tool NEAR THE TIRE SIDEWALL near the valve stem while pressing the button in the vehicle's TPS learn mode. I held it next to the valve stem on an aluminum wheel and it wouldn't go up. The instructions could perhaps be clearer. Very good price compared to GM tools official source - image is identical to ID EL-50448 except brand name is 3 times more expensive than Kent Moore.
