This tool worked great on my 2015 Chevy Tahoe after I found the ideal spot for the antenna. I first tried placing the end of the antenna near the top of the valve stem but it couldn't communicate with the TPMS. I then tried to place the end of the antenna on the bezel at the base of the valve stem. What you need to do is hold the tool NEAR THE TIRE SIDEWALL near the valve stem while pressing the button in the vehicle's TPS learn mode. I bought this to relearn TPMS valves when swapping tires on my 2009 Chevrolet HHR. The tool works and is easy to use. Didn't work on one of the rear wheels. Maybe I used an old battery. This requires a 9 volt battery, which is not included in the scope of delivery. I replaced a faulty TPMS sensor on my 2007 Silverado 1500 (NBS) and spent HOURS exhausting and inhaling only for the system to refuse to read the sensors to recognize.
