let's work But that's not the case. 2017 Chevy Malibu

I bought this in February 2018 because I bought a newer car. I read and tested the reviews to make sure it works. So here comes November 2nd, 2018 when I actually had to use it due to a tire change. I read the manual, it has a new battery in it (even confirmed the battery was good with a meter), watched a video on how to do it BUT no luck. I've tried several times. I got a 2017 Chevy Malibu in learn mode, but when I placed this tool on the left front wheel next to the valve, the car never honked so I could switch to the right front wheel and then the right rear wheel. and finally the left rear. I tried again several times to place the tool on the valve, around the valve, on the side wall next to the valve, but without success. So I took the tools and the car to a tire shop. They tried to use this tool but it didn't work for them either. So they used their tool and it worked without hesitation. They advised that the tool for my car should work at 433MHz and this tool at 433MHz. I think I have to force the car to relearn the position of the tires by deflating in learn mode. Too bad. The only plus is that at least it wasn't an expensive tool.
