Just fitted it to the rear, one side, 5 minutes because I was trying to get a feel for it. Other side, 2 min. Very easy to install. This is how I measured the distance. Instead of lifting the car, I measure when the car is on the ground (the spring compresses under the weight of the car, like under normal conditions) because I don't want a lifting effect, I just make the spring a bit stiffer. This considerably simplifies assembly when the vehicle is raised. With the pad in place, I began to slowly lower the jack to allow the spring to enter the pad's groove. Once the car is completely on the ground, voila! Then tie and you're done. I didn't even use soapy water or WD40 as recommended. Let's see how it fares here in the 90+ summer heat.
