Review on 📸 REXING V3 Basic Dual Camera Front Infrared Night Vision Full HD 1080p WiFi Car Taxi Dash Cam with Supercapacitor, 2.7" LCD Screen (V3 Basic - No GPS) by Christopher Penn

I have had the Rexing V1 for a while now and am very happy with its performance. I was looking for a different DVR for my other car when I came across the Rexing V3. There were a few things I was looking for in my second dash cam and I found most of them in the V3. At first I was looking for a dual camera dash cam (that monitors the interior and front of the car) and it is one of the few dual cameras on the market. I also wanted to make sure it could survive in the desert as I live in the Southwest. This V3 is equipped with a supercapacitor that allows it to withstand the intense heat of the desert, unlike other DVRs powered by lithium batteries. Another feature I was looking for is a compact size and large screen, and the V3 fills the bill. The fact that this camera also has Wi-Fi and I was able to watch videos on my iPhone is another big plus. Now after installation I was able to use the Rexing suction cup that I had previously used on the V1. Time will tell if it holds up well in this hot environment. Here's an issue I had with the V3 that I'm sure can easily be fixed with a firmware update. However, I'm not sure if it's possible to update the firmware via WiFi or via a memory card. First, the date on the camera isn't saved when I turn the car off and it keeps reverting to the default. This is strange because the time is saved and only the date is affected. The instructions could also be improved. There are some settings that I'm not sure how they affect the recording or the camera. A little information can help a lot. After all, this Chamber is a Guardian. Hopefully some of the issues I raised will be fixed soon. Update: I don't know exactly what happened, but it seems that the date issue has been resolved. Now mine is working fine and I haven't updated the firmware. Update: After a year of use, I started having issues with the camera suction cup mount part. The suction cup part no longer sticks to the windshield. It looks like the plastic and rubber parts of the cup aren't flat anymore so I added this picture. Also, the rounded part that the camera is attached to no longer holds it securely. I also added a picture of this part. I have contacted the seller and am waiting for an answer on how to solve the problem.
