I bought this as a present for my daughter last Christmas. This is very inconvenient to use properly. My daughter struggled to use the seat scooter, she didn't have enough space to put her feet up because the seat is too wide and the front wheels are in the way. I contacted the seller to return the already assembled product. I was told that it is possible to return assembled items if they are returned in the original packaging (which is not possible unless you break the wheels with a hammer). I answered my dilemma and asked if it could be returned in a different box that the product came in. I haven't received an answer yet. I sent a follow up email asking about my previous email and I didn't get a response to that email either.
