I bought my Asics 2140 from EastBay. The first pair I received were different sizes. Both shoes were listed as a size 13.5 but one shoe was a good 1/2 inch longer than the other. So I sent them back and they sent me another pair. With this pair, the right boot feels great, but the left boot tilts my foot outward causing my left knee to become infected from just walking. running hurts. I may have different feet, but I've been running for years and have never had a problem with running shoes, so I'm pretty sure this pair is defective as well. I don't think two broken pairs in a row is coincidence. I don't know if Eastbay sells the latter or if Asics started making lousy shoes (all my previous Asics were great) but I highly recommend trying them on in a store before spending any money on them. UPDATE: Before I completely ditched the second pair, I tried on a pair of the same shoes at a running store. They felt great - just what I've come to expect from Asics. The problem was defective shoes sold by EastBay. Not the shoe itself.
