Not Recommended - Pools and Water Toys
First, filling balloons with water is hard work. There were so many balloons that didn't work or burst right after filling that it was frustrating. I didn't return them because I had to deal with blowing up balloons the night before my birthday. Despite the bad ones, they worked well and the kids had fun.
