Bought to use with my Rider 310, I couldn't connect it at first, nothing showed up on the 310, very similar to one of the reviews above. As soon as I start recording my exercise, it is immediately displayed on the bike computer. So if you can't connect right away, try recording on your 310 and everything will work fine after that.
