It was a bad idea to buy it, the money was wasted.
While the chair is stable, only 2 of the 5 wheels inserted all the way into the base, so let's see what occurs next. On the back of the chair, there are two little yet unpleasant holes. Four bolts connect the base of the chair to the back; I was only able to tighten three of them; the fourth failed because the nut and bolt were different sizes (the nut is internal at the base of the chair); it may not have been the size, but it didn't work; alternatively, it could be that the nut is simply misaligned.
