This is an effective and comfortable brace but the velcro failed after only a few weeks of use. The fastener pieces have curled up so they don't fully touch each other, preventing the velcro from attaching. Also, it's a royal pain because all the little velcro straps (there are 5 little straps and 2 big ones) start catching on each other and getting tangled. No wonder the Velcro broke so quickly! While it's a great price, the ones we paid a little more for lasted about a year so weren't worth it.
