When I first received the laptop I thought I had ordered a machine with 16GB RAM but only had 8GB installed. I went back to the Revain website and checked it out. I think I have to read a little slower when ordering. The laptop works well and I LOVE the backlit keyboard. I had a moment of panic when I turned on the laptop and there was NO backlit keyboard! I was about to put it back in the box and send it back when I noticed that one of the Fn keys had an icon on the screen associated with it. What the hell. so I pressed it and SHAZAM. I have a backlit keyboard. Now I'm a happy camper and I really enjoy my HP laptop. 95% of my computer equipment in my office is HP and it works great. Jim Douglas Finney, Kansas County
