Excited then disappointed

Was excited to buy and use this beautiful fountain as a waterer for my animal, and it was sent to me without a back panel covering. This by itself would not have been an issue. It also had a hole at the bottom of the fountain which caused it to leak immediately. It could hold no water because of how low the damage was. Appears cheaply made. The packaging was fine which tells me this was damaged before even being sent out which is a huge disappointment.Only good thing is that it's easy to return, though I wish I didn't have to. Shame.

Sounds and looks soothing.

Cons

High Maintenance: Maintaining the fountain can be a challenge as it requires frequent cleaning and refilling of water to ensure proper function
