Review on 🔊 J-Tech Digital Premium Quality 1080P HDMI to HDMI + Audio Extractor Converter (SPDIF + RCA Stereo) - The Ultimate Audio Solution (JTDAT5CH) by Jesse Jewett

Bought to use in my family's theater booth. I'm glad I tested it first. I hooked it up to one of my receivers and connected my Chromecast, no video. Checked all connections, swapped HDMI cables, no change. Hmm. Strange. Changed Chromecast to Fire Stick. Same results. Thinking it just couldn't work with these devices, I grabbed a laptop that was known to work. Same result, no video. I connected the laptop directly to the receiver, still no video. Swapped HDMI from a working input, NOTHING YET! That's when I found out what happened, the device messed up the HDMI input on my receiver. I am beyond disappointed with this device, J-tech Digital JTDAT5CH. Not only did it not work, but it ruined my day and my receiver. Definitely not wanting to waste time sending it back, I decided to open it. I can say with confidence that this is far from the quality. See attached photos. STAY AWAY! Maybe you'll get lucky and it will work, but don't hesitate to share your experience. Much luck.
