This was literally the worst product nightmare I've ever dealt with. First, there were no instructions included with the shelves. Second, there weren't 8 screws in the box. Third, there are no pre-drilled holes, making assembly an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Fourth, if you don't assemble everything correctly, without instructions or pre-drilled holes, the entire product will eventually fail. And fifth, one of the mounts came to us bent at an angle of 45 degrees. We folded it back and that made us question the structural integrity of the shelf because it folded so easily. Also, it's VERY difficult. I'm glad it has good wood but holding it in place to mark where the holes should go with any precision was IMPOSSIBLE. We spent 4 hours hanging it on the wall. We just gave up after a while. This product is NOT $119.00. It literally looks like someone "built" this in their garage. Assembly is required, but unless you want to build a shelf almost from scratch, just go elsewhere. This product is not worth the hassle. We bought 3 and are returning them all. Even in smaller sizes, it's absolutely awful. It also broke down my walls. I am beyond disappointed with this product and no one should buy it. JE.
